This allows us to securely connect to your computer anywhere in the world, whether it is a Mac or PC. Starting at $20 for 1/2 hour minimum.
$65 at your location, includes 1hr minimum charge
Facing issues with your desktop or laptop? We offer convenient on-site diagnostics and repairs. For complex problems, we will provide thorough service at our facility to get your system back in action.
Need a temporary solution to keep you up and running? Opt for our Windows 11 loaner laptops, available locally for just $5 per day.
Not nearby? We also accept mail-in laptop repairs to serve customers nationwide.

Not local? No worries, you can ship us your laptop for repair. This service is available from anywhere within the US. The cost of $65 includes one-hour diagnostics & labor with return shipping from us to you. Additional labor and parts costs may be applicable.
You are responsible for packaging and paying for shipping to us. Once you have purchased this service, we will email you with shipping instructions and answer any questions you have prior to postage. We do not currently offer data recovery services for failing hard drives.
